Payment, Shipping and Returns
ORDER PREPARATION AND DISPATCH
Our products are shipped in Italy and in the European Union by courier.
Shipping is free throughout Italy.
The cost of the shipment in the Countries of the European Union varies depending on the weight and the destination address; the amount will be calculated automatically and will be visible on the purchase summary page before confirming the order and proceed with the payment.
At the time of the purchase you will receive an email confirming that your order has been taken in charge. As soon as your parcel will be ready to be shipped, you will receive an email informing you of the shipment containing the tracking code to verify its status at any time.
The delivery of purchased products takes place on average within 3-5 working days in Italy and 7 working days in the EU from shipment time. Shipments and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, carriers do not make deliveries on days 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and weekends. Deliveries can be delayed in case of holidays. Deliveries by courier are made at ground floor.
Payments can be issued through credit card or via PayPal.
All merchandise travels at our risk however, in the event that the parcel presents obvious signs of damage, we ask you to help us improve the service by accepting the parcels with reserve.
PRODUCT WARRANTY, RETURNS & REFUNDS
We guarantee the quality of our products and the accuracy of the descriptions of the processes adopted.
If the goods delivered to you is different from the one ordered, or has obvious defects, you will have 14 days from receipt to contact our Customer Service (email@example.com) to request the return of the goods with consequent refund, with the only exception of the open package for tasting that will be refunded together with the returned goods.
Refunds can take place only after verification of the returned goods by our Quality Control. If you simply change your mind and ask for a refund you will be charged the transport costs for the delivery and return of the goods.
